Modern technology can use to day to day operation in HR department of an organization. Well-used, technology makes HR practices more methodical. When used poorly, it can be hindrance managing an organization human recourse. Well HR practices maximize the benefits and minimize the organization people’s issues.

Technology changes the way of HR department recruitments, stores files and their performance. Technology makes easier to gather and analyses data on employee and take full picture.

Staff Recruitments

Before the using technology to HR, connecting candidates face to face, phone or letter. Recruitments have done the posting advertisement in the papers and have the interview in face to face.  But entered the online flat form post the job application via company site or social medias and doing candidates interview using MS Team, Zoom via online flat form.

Communication

With email, text and messaging apps it’s easier than ever for staff to stay in touch with the rest of the company. If managers want to share a detail with their group one email with an attachment or a conversation on can share the word with a many people at once. But there is a risk of over reliance on technology as a time saver. It is better to face it if there is more information to share so that everyone can ask questions and get answers.

Data analysis for staff performance/appraisal

Technology makes it easy to collect and break employee data to get an overall picture. What functions do they perform best? Do they meet all the goals by evaluating last year’s performance? If raise high or fell short was in how many percentages. Software programs can even accomplish many tasks of evaluating employees.

Too much Data

As HR data collection and analysis is increasingly used, employees may feel that their privacy is being compromised. If a security camera company monitors employees every second, it will be easier to find out the motive behind a harassment allegation or someone on the job drinking. Good human resource practices include not only knowing how much data can be collected, but also how much should be collected.

Security practice

Securing employees details very important. The best human resource practices should include security for digital data. HR must have good policies, however, to control who can access hard data and electronic confidential data.
